Use an MS SQL Server database in the service generated by Amplication.
Purpose
This plugin adds the required code to use MS SQL Server database in the service generated by Amplication. It updates the following parts:
- Adds the required services and variables to
docker-compose.yml - Add the required environment variables to
appsettings.json - Configure Entity Framework Core to work with Microsoft SQL Server
